Hearse of a Different Color: A Hitchcock Sewell Mystery (Hitchcock Sewell Mysteries) eBook: Cockey, Tim: : Kindle StoreReviews: Hearse of A Different Color (Book): Cockey, Tim: When a murdered waitress is unceremoniously dropped off at the door of Sewell & Sons Family Funeral Home, Hitchcock Sewell's only question is: Why my place? But his meteorologist girlfriend Bonnie sees the murder as her chance to leap into hard news and enlists his help in solving the crime.

Hitchcock has a dry wit, and the book features some eccentric characters from Baltimore. He is tough to keep up with at times for how funny he is with his observations and one-liners. “Hearse of a Different Color” is the second novel in the “Hitchcock Sewell” series, which was released in the year The second Hitch-Nash amateur sleuth tale, HEARSE OF A DIFFERENT COLOR, is an amusing novel due to the eccentric lead couple and his even more outlandish family members. The investigators seem to always land in weird, humorous situations that bring to life Baltimore's neighborhoods.

Hearse of a Different Color had me laughing out loud from page one. I highly recommend this new series for every sleuth fan. I want to meet up and have drinks with Hitchcock Sewell and his community of friends again and again.
